PolyTech Plastic Molding & Extrusion, established in May of 1984, is a custom injection molder and extruder who has a wide variety of services to offer its customers.

  • We use basic to highly engineered resins to produce both high and low volume component parts
  • A non-union, highly skilled workforce of approximately 90 associates
  • A tool room equipped with state-of-the-art machining centers and mold making equipment
  • An ISO 9000/9001 compliant quality system to aid in the production of commodity resins to the more highly engineered type resins
  • Our 62,000 sq. ft. facility is climate controlled to ensure consistency of molded product & comfort cooling for our workforce.
  • Our 45,000 sq. ft. warehouse & distribution center is climate controlled & has broad based capabilities. We provide standard truckload & LTL outbound services as well as 3PL for clients who serve Walmart, Amazon & other .com retailers.

Our Growth

PolyTech is pursuing growth opportunities to provide more services and the best quality to its customers. The Company recently made the strategic decision to merge with sister companies Johnson Manufacturing and Bentonville Plastics, Inc to form a combined, preeminent custom plastic injection molding and extrusion company strategically located in the Central region of the United States and serving customers nationwide and globally.

The combined Company operates out of PolyTech’s Prairie Grove and Lincoln, Arkansas, locations and Johnson Manufacturing’s Harrison, Arkansas, location. The Company serves some of the largest and most recognizable names across multiple industries, including HVAC, electronic & telecom, water treatment and filtration, consumer products, medical, industrial, military, agricultural, energy, and automotive. The Company plans to leverage its combined capabilities and scale to expand services in these industries, as well as service customers in new industries spanning consumer packaged goods and the food and beverage industry. The Company serves as a major employer in its region and continues as a trusted partner to several hundred active customers across the United States with premier capabilities across plastic injection molding, extrusion, tooling design and construction, and other value-added services in plastic manufacturing.

Our production facility comprising 62,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled space housing 26 injection molding machines, 4 extrusion lines, secondary finishing & full service tool and die shop.

Recent Addition

Our new warehouse & distribution center added in January 2020. This facility is comprised of 45,000 climate controlled sq. ft. of space to improve our ability to serve our customers and their customers.
